Product Description
Avanafil is a modern equivalent for Viagra.
Avanafil belongs to the group of "phosphodiesterase inhibitors-5" - Avanafil. The main advantage is a fast perception (less than 15 minutes), and minimal side effects. Avanafil tablets contain the active ingredient Avanafil, which is a medicine used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence). Avanafil is called a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, and works by preventing the action of a chemical in the body called phosphodiesterase type 5.
As Avanafil enhances the actions of the chemical messengers responsible for producing an erection, it will only work once these messengers are present. This means that sexual stimulation is required for it to produce and maintain an erection. The dose should be taken approximately 30 minutes before you intend to have sex. Sexual stimulation is needed for a reaction to medicine.
What is it used for?
Avanafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence).
How do I take it?
Avanafil should be taken about 30 minutes before sexual activity. With sexual stimulation you may achieve an erection after about 20 to 40 minutes.
The usual recommended dose of Spedra is 100mg. If this is not effective enough your doctor may increase your dose to a maximum of 200mg, but this should only be done if you have not experienced any side effects with the lower dose. The dosage can also be reduced by 50mg if you are experiencing side effects or if you are taking certain other medicines. It should preferably be taken on an empty stomach. If it is taken with food it may take longer to start working.
The tablet should be swallowed whole with a drink of water. You should avoid drinking grapefruit juice in the 24 hours before taking this medicine, as it may increase the level of this medicine in your blood and so could increase the risk of side effects.
Do not take Avanafil more than once a day.
